Procedure :

• An electronic version (Pdf or Word format) of your document should be sent to the CLIC Project Office for approval by the CLIC Accelerator Steering Committee (CASC). Please indicate the subject and the main author in the subject field of your message.

• As soon as your document has been approved, a CLIC-Note-reference will be attributed.

• You should then prepare the corresponding cover page and send the final version to the CLIC Project Office for CDS publication.
